Réussir son référencement en Chine

En Chine, la vitesse d’affichage d’une page hébergée hors territoire est très supérieure à 30 secondes. La qualité variable du réseau interne et la faiblesse du réseaux entre opérateurs Européens et Chinois explique en partie cette défaillance. D’autre part le gouvernement Chinois a mis en place un pare-feu qui filtre les contenus. Les règles de censure sont complexes et il est difficile d’obtenir un retour après blocage d’un site internet.

Vous ne devez pas manquer votre première soumission aux moteurs. Pour une bon référencement sur Baidu, votre site doit être impérativement hébergé en Chine, avec une adresse IP Chinoise, et un nom de domaine en .cn ou un .com en alphabet chinois. Baidu attribue, selon les directives du gouvernement Chinois, un bonus aux sites locaux et un malus aux sites hébergés hors de son territoire.

 

La licence ICP : Le sésame pour héberger un site en Chine

La licence ICP est un permis délivré par le ministère chinois de l’industrie et des technologies de l’information, qui autorise un éditeur à publier un site en Chine. La licence ICP distingue les sites marchands des sites non marchands.

Pour un site non marchand un formulaire en chinois est à remplir sur ce site www.miibeian.gov.cn . Le délai de réponse peu varier de quelques jours à plusieurs semaines. Il est possible de présenter à nouveau son dossier en cas de refus, qui n’est pas définitif. La soumission du dossier ICP doit être rédigé en chinois.

Un site qui propose de la vente en ligne doit obtenir une licence ICP commerciale. L’entreprise qui souhaite obtenir la licence ICP doit réellement être implantée en Chine.

 

Faut-il un hébergement à Shanghai ou Hong Kong ?

Pour éviter d’obtenir la licence ICP, certains hébergement sont proposés à Hong Kong. Cette solution ne règle pas le filtrage de pare-feu sémantique Chinois, et la moindre qualité de référencement Baidu. Un hébergement localisés à Shanghai, permet d’éviter la censure.

 

Le marché Chinois les règles du Far East?

Sur la marché Chinois, il est indispensable de protéger vos marques, vos noms de domaine, et de surveiller leur utilisation sur internet. Une plateforme de surveillance de risques en ligne : cybersquatting des noms de domaine, ursurpation de marques, les risques sont nombreux.
Il est indispensable de se faire accompagner par un cabinet d’avocats spécialistes en droit international, ainsi que par des juristes en Chine pour toute intervention locale.
